About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of a high-volume pub kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef ready to take on greater responsibility, lead by example and help deliver consistently high-quality meals in a busy service environment.
You will play a key role in kitchen operations, staff supervision, food preparation, stock control and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. From busy lunch services to packed dinner periods, you'll help keep the kitchen running smoothly while motivating the team to perform at their best.

Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Experience working in a busy, high-volume pub,



bistro or similar commercial kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a kitchen team.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, stock control and minimising food waste.
