The role:
JK are seeking experienced Loader Operators for an ongoing opportunity in Ballarat. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in the mining/heavy industry sector.

Roster: 4 week rotation (7 days on, 7 off, 7 nights on, 7 off)
Shift Times: 12-hour shifts

- Day: 06:00–18:00
- Night: 18:00–06:00

Shifts Start/End: Wednesdays to Tuesdays

Key Responsibilities:

- Move and sort material
- Feed ore into the crusher
- Perform general housekeeping
- Complete loader pre-starts and basic maintenance

Job Requirements:

- Essential: Current Front End Loader Ticket required with experience
- Experience in mining, quarrying, or other heavy industry environments required
- Good radio communication skills required
- Solid safety focus and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Additional tickets (e.g excavator, forklift) are advantageous but not required
