About the Role Wise Recruitment & Consulting is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatch Storeperson to join a well-established business in the automotive parts distribution industry.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with warehouse, order picking or dispatch experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, consolidated, documented and prepared for timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities

- Picking, packing and consolidating customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and packaging.
- Checking orders against picking lists and dispatch documentation.
- Completing relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
- Organising goods within the dispatch area to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and relevant teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.




- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, pick packing or order fulfilment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and documentation.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence completing dispatch paperwork.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- A reliable, punctual and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A current LF forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential).
