An established accounting firm in Melbourne is looking for an experienced ASIC Administrator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in ASIC compliance and corporate secretarial work who is confident managing their own workload.
The firm is looking for someone with around 3–4 years of relevant experience who can work independently and become a valued part of the team.

The Role

- Manage ASIC compliance requirements and annual company reviews.
- Prepare and lodge ASIC forms, including director and shareholder changes.
- Handle company and trust establishments, share transfers and company deregistrations.
- Maintain accurate company registers and corporate records.
- Manage ASIC deadlines and ensure all lodgements are completed on time.
- Use NowInfinity to prepare and process corporate secretarial documentation.
- Liaise with clients, accountants and external stakeholders regarding ASIC matters.

About You





- Ideally 3–4 years of ASIC administration experience within an Australian accounting firm.
- Strong working knowledge of NowInfinity.
- Sound understanding of ASIC compliance and corporate secretarial requirements.
- Experience with company and trust establishments, director changes and share transfers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
