About the Role
Location: Brendale, QLD
Roster: Rotating 3-Week Shift Pattern
✅ Week 1 - Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm (Friday 6:00am to 12:00pm)
✅ Week 2 - Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm)
✅ Week 3 - Night Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am (Friday 6:00pm to 12:00am)

Pay Rates:

- Day Shift: $40.43 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: $46.79 per hour
- Night Shift: $46.79 per hour

What's Involved?

- Conduct quality inspections on finished products throughout production
- Complete offline quality checks at minimum 4-hour intervals
- Use measuring equipment including vernier calipers and height gauges
- Inspect products ranging from 150ml bottles through to 20L containers and caps
- Record measurements accurately and calculate averages on test sheets
- Identify defects and quarantine non-conforming products




- Maintain GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Complete cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
- Work independently to ensure all testing is completed within required timeframes
- Follow all safety procedures and site policies

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Inspection role
✔ Experience working within manufacturing, food production, packaging, or plastics environments
✔ Experience as a Line Operator, Machine Operator, Packer, Production Worker or similar
✔ Ability to use measuring equipment such as vernier calipers
✔ Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
✔ Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
✔ Physically fit and capable of performing manual duties
✔ Must be willing to commence as a Packer for initial training period
✔ Full Australian working rights
✔ Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Note:
Successful candidates will commence as a Packer for approximately 2-4 weeks to gain product knowledge and site experience before transitioning into the Quality Control role.
