SAG Workforce is assisting Shaping Australia Group launch its Traffic Control division and is seeking dependable Traffic Controllers and Ute Drivers who are ready to grow with the business.

About the Role
Based from Tanah Merah, these casual roles will support traffic management activities across civil and infrastructure project sites. You will help establish safe work zones, guide road users and protect workers and the community while representing Shaping Australia Group professionally on every shift.

What You Will Be Doing

- Implement traffic control requirements in accordance with the approved Traffic Guidance Scheme
- Direct vehicles, pedestrians and site traffic safely through work areas
- Assist with the setup, inspection and pack-down of signs and traffic control equipment
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors, team members and road users
- Complete pre-start checks and report hazards, incidents or equipment issues promptly

What We Are Looking For

- Current traffic control qualifications and licences relevant to the position
- Ability to read and understand a Traffic Guidance Scheme
- A strong work ethic, reliable attendance and punctuality




- A safety-first approach and willingness to follow site procedures
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

What Is On Offer

- Traffic Controller casual rate: $37.99 per hour
- Ute Driver casual rate: $40.21 per hour
- Weekly pay and daily fare allowance
- Applicable night, weekend and public holiday penalty rates
- All required personal protective equipment provided
- Potential for ongoing and full-time employment as the business grows
