About the Role

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and daily operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education and care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring and inspiring a passionate team of educators
- Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive centre culture
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)



and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Driving continuous quality improvement and educational excellence
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
- Overseeing staffing, rosters and day-to-day centre operations
- Supporting educator development, engagement and retention
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

About You

We are seeking a confident, approachable and experienced early childhood leader who genuinely values quality education and community engagement.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership position
- Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and relevant childcare regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A supportive, hands-on and collaborative leadership style
- Passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality outcomes for children
- Current Working with Children Check
