Could you be our next HC Driver?

Based in Bells Creek, this is a hands-on delivery role with an established building products manufacturer, servicing the Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane and Gympie regions.

You'll do more than drive. From securing your load to positioning the truck and unloading on-site, you'll take responsibility for getting building products to customers safely and efficiently.

Your recent role

- Deliver building products and operate a truck-mounted crane to unload and position deliveries safely
- Assess site access, ground conditions and unloading locations
- Secure loads and check restraints throughout the day
- Complete vehicle pre-starts and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate deliveries with dispatch, yard staff and customers
- Assist with loading, order preparation and yard duties when required

What you'll need

- Current HC licence or higher




- Confidence manoeuvring heavy vehicles around construction sites and restricted access
- A sound understanding of load restraint and safe unloading
- Truck-mounted crane experience and relevant qualifications
- Clear communication and a practical, safety-conscious approach
- Forklift licence highly regarded

The reality of the role

- Crane operation and unloading are a central part of the job

Hours

- Typically around 45 hours per week
- Some weeks may extend to approximately 60 hours, depending on workload
- Start and finish times vary with delivery schedules, site access and traffic
