About the OpportunityA leading power tools warehouse in Tullamarine is seeking reliable, hardworking and flexible Warehouse All-Rounders to join its team across day and afternoon shifts.

This is a casual opportunity suited to candidates who can adapt to changing workloads and operational demands. The warehouse operates in a busy, quick-paced environment, with work requirements influenced by daily order volumes.

Important: Shift days, start and finish times, and the number of hours offered may vary depending on warehouse volume and business requirements. Flexibility and availability are essential.

While approximately 2–3 shifts per week are anticipated, shifts are not guaranteed and may increase or decrease according to operational needs.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates
Day Shift – $33.85 per hour

- Typical start times: 7:00 am – 8:00 am
- Typical finish times: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- Approximately 2–3 shifts per week, depending on workload

PM Shift – $37.91 per hour

- Standard shift: 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm
- Approximately 2–3 shifts per week, depending on workload

Shift flexibility is required.Candidates must understand that shift availability, working hours and roster arrangements may change in line with incoming orders, warehouse volume and operational requirements. Additional shifts may be offered during busy periods, while quieter periods may result in fewer shifts.




Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock.
- Putting stock away and replenishing picking locations.
- Picking orders using tugger equipment and RF scanners.
- Picking and packing power tools and accessories.
- Using Goods-to-Person (GTP) automated picking systems.
- Checking product codes, quantities and order details.
- Preparing, labelling and staging orders for dispatch.
- Assisting with stock movements and inventory checks.
- Reporting damaged stock, shortages and discrepancies.
- Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Handling cartons weighing up to 20 kg.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
- Moving between warehouse departments and assisting with duties as required.

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, receiving or dispatch is preferred.
- RF scanning and warehouse system experience is an advantage.
- Tugger picking and warehouse equipment experience is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Comfortable with manual handling, including cartons weighing up to 20 kg.
