Property Manager | Northern Suburbs | $80K–$90K + Super

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join an established residential property management team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, overseeing day-to-day operations and building strong relationships with rental providers and renters. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing a portfolio, stays organised under pressure and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage a residential property portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Coordinate maintenance requests and resolve property-related issues
- Manage arrears, routine inspections and lease renewals
- Oversee tenancy matters and ensure compliance with relevant legislation




- Maintain accurate records and property management documentation
- Manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of customer service

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Confidence managing maintenance, arrears, inspections, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express highly regarded

- Hours: Monday–Friday
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience
