This permanent, full time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to wills, estates, and succession planning. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ wishes are respected and their legal rights protected, contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on wills, estate planning, and probate matters.
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Represent clients in estate disputes and litigation.
- Assist with the administration of estates, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Admission to practice law in Australia.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in wills and estates law.
