Located at Western Community Services, this is a full-time secondment position for a 2-month period.

The Scheduling Lead provides administrative support for program operations, including staff rostering and effective communication with team members delivering direct client services. The role includes the operational oversight of the scheduling partners, and supports the site to ensure the seamless and uninterrupted provision of care to clients.

Role Requirements:

- Effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day resources of the scheduling service
- Supervising, mentoring, and inspiring Scheduling Partners to ensure the effective delivery of community services
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Ensure continuous direct service delivery for clients of Resthaven Community Services
- Communicate with clients, their families,



and carers regarding scheduling of staff
- Liaise with Care Partners regarding staff rostering and communicating with staff involved in providing direct client services
- Oversee delivering of programs services including private and some veterans services

Essential Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to accurately record, manage, and oversee data
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage a number of tasks and prioritise those tasks
- Professional telephone manner
- Awareness of community supports
- Respect for client confidentiality and professional standards
- Comfortable in situations that may involve conflict and to seek timely assistance
- Methodical and systematic with an eye for detail
