Description

Kitchen Hand wanted for a busy, well-established Indian restaurant group in Hobart (Amaranta Grill & Bar, Hobart CBD, and Bombay on the Beach, Blackmans Bay).

About the role:

- Dishwashing and keeping the dish area transparent during service

- Basic food prep (peeling, chopping, portioning, rice)

- Cleaning benches, floors, equipment and back-of-house areas

- Receiving deliveries and putting stock away

- Following daily and weekly cleaning checklists

What we are looking for:

- Reliable, punctual and hard-working

- Able to work evenings and weekends

- Takes pride in a clean, organised kitchen

- Experience is welcome but not essential - full training provided

- Must have valid Australian working rights

Casual position with regular shifts. Pay as per the Restaurant Industry Award. Immediate start available.
