What we are looking for

Due to significant growth, we are looking for a new Client Liaison Officer to join our client management team working across both the Supported Independent Living and Home and Community Supports space. We are looking for:

- A passionate person willing to work collaboratively and support our clients and team

- You have experience working in the disability space as either a manager or front line support worker

- You are driven, self-motivated and looking for the next step in your career

- Certificate IIII or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.

- You are dedicated to providing high quality care.

- A willingness to learn - taking part in our regular paid training opportunities.

Benefits and Salary

- $40.49 - $43.42 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) plus super and annual leave loading

About the Role

Due to client growth,



we are looking to add another Client Liaison Officer to work across both the Home and Community Supports and Supported Independent Living teams. This role will be the primary contact for their portfolio of clients and the support workers that work with those clients. You will be supported directly by the Operation Manager, to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality care and to ensure out Support Workers are supported effectively to deliver this care.
