Atlas Frames are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Detailer Architectural, Building and Surveying Technician for an immediate start.

This position is a full time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Brendale.

The Structural Steel Detailer will be responsible for the following main duties:

·Prepare and revise detailed steel framing drawings, layouts and fabrication

documentation from architectural and engineering plans, specifying dimensions,

member locations and relevant construction details to support accurate

manufacture and installation of prefabricated steel framing systems.

· Assisting with the interpretation of architectural drawings, building specifications

and engineering documentation.

· Developing and modifying steel frame layouts and detailing to meet project

requirements.

· Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify potential discrepancies and





ensure technical requirements are addressed before manufacturing.

· Providing technical support to the manufacturing team to ensure steel frames are produced in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. construction projects.

Prepare and modify project documentation in accordance with design requirements and relevant building standards.

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- Relevant Qualifications [Bachelor Degree, Diploma Level Qualification
- Relevant Work Experience [at least 1 year FT with experience]
