Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer producing high-quality products in a highly regulated workplace.

About the Role

We are seeking reliable Packers to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, packing or a similar production environment.

Job Details:

- Combination of weekday and weekend shifts

- 8-hour weekday shifts and 12-hour weekend shifts

- Morning and Afternoon shifts available

- Morning shift: $39.07 per hour + Super

- Afternoon shift: $43.76 per hour + Super

- Short-term casual assignment for approximately 3–6 months, with potential for longer-term opportunities

- Full training provided

Key Responsibilities

- Pack and handle finished products according to established procedures.

- Inspect products and packaging for defects and quality issues.

- Label, seal and pack products according to specifications.





- Perform quality checks and complete required production records.

- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.

- Follow GMP, hygiene, safety and quality requirements.

- Assist the production team in meeting daily packing targets.

About You

- Previous experience in packing, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or production is highly regarded.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

- Able to follow instructions and established procedures.

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

- Flexible and available to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, including 12-hour weekend shifts.

- Available for a short-term assignment, with interest in potential long-term opportunities.

- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
