Their clientele ranges from private “mum and dad” investors to sophisticated institutional clients. The portfolio is diverse, predominantly comprising B-Grade office suites, large scale industrial warehouses, blocks of industrial sheds, and vibrant café and restaurants.
They are seeking a Junior / Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the management of a diverse client base, ranging from high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated property owners.

THE ROLE.
This is a fantastic prospect for a Junior or Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work closely with an experienced Asset Management team, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial assets while developing their skills and industry knowledge.




· Assist with day-to-day management of commercial properties under a senior property manager leasing with tenants & owners
· Assist with lease administration, including tracking expiries, rent reviews and maintaining accurate documentation
· Coordinate maintenance requests, contractors and property inspections
· Assist with tenant enquiries, arrears management and general property administration
· Support the team with WHS, insurance, statutory and compliance requirements

THE PERSON.
· Previous experience in residential property management, leasing or a property economics graduate
· Strong work ethic, attention to detail and initiative
· Great communication skills and a customer service focus
· Eager to learn and develop a career in commercial property management
· Valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
· Valid NSW Driver's Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
