About the role:

These roles involve packing fresh berries in a busy, cold workplace. Following directions, paying close attention to detail, and having good hand-eye coordination are essential to ensure the process runs smoothly. Successful candidates will be employed on a casual basis and rostered for regular shifts, including weekends.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- Packing and grading fresh berries on a processing line to ensure only high-quality fruit is packed
- Following directions and working safely in accordance with our safe work procedures
- Keeping the packing area and surrounding areas clean and safe
- Performing other tasks as required, depending on the needs of the Pack Shed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous experience in packing lines, pallet riders, or similar activities, which is advantageous but not essential
- Be available to work flexible hours, including varying start times and rotating days based on operational needs
- Be able to stand for long periods and work in a cold environment
- Be willing to follow instructions, work respectfully, and contribute effectively as part of a team
- Be able to work under pressure in a diverse team workplace




- Be committed and available to work through to the end of the season
