About the role

Tridon Australia is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager based in Perth to manage and grow our premium portfolio of high-quality tool brands and automotive parts. You will drive revenue growth, maintain strong relationships with trade and retail accounts, and expand our footprint across Western Australia. This is a field-based territory management role focused on the automotive aftermarket, industrial tools, and retail distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

- Nurture existing partnerships with automotive resellers, retail stores, and industrial distributors across Perth and regional areas

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, and brand visibility

- Resolve client queries promptly to maintain Tridon's reputation for exceptional customer service

- Identify growth opportunities within the WA territory to expand the footprint of premium tool and automotive brands

- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

- Present product demonstrations to showcase the technical superiorities of Tridon's product ranges

- Monitor competitor activity and report on shifting market trends within the local Western Australian sector

- Gather customer feedback to assist corporate product development and marketing teams

- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all customer interactions,



sales pipeline updates, and visit reports daily

About you

- Proven sales track record with 5+ years in field sales, territory management, or account management

- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and build long-term commercial relationships

- Technical aptitude to understand, explain, and demonstrate mechanical tools and automotive components

- Excellent time management to efficiently plan travel routes and balance administrative tasks

- Valid Australian Driver's License is mandatory for this field-based role

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
