About the role

You'll win new clients and turn first conversations into long-term partnerships. That means solving workforce problems clients haven't been able to fix themselves, sometimes through panels and tenders. You'll run the full 360 process, build your own ways to reach candidates in a tight market, and grow your desk into a team if your results back it.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of a sector (Nursing, Hospital doctors, Mental health and psychology, Allied health, Aged care, General practice, Medical imaging, or Rural, remote and Indigenous health)

About you

- You've done agency recruitment or healthcare business development

- You can walk through business you've built yourself





- Healthcare experience is ideal, but strong commercial operators will be considered

- Solutions focused, growth mindset
