Future Kidz Academy is an exciting new childcare and early education provider. Our leadership team all have extensive experience in the industry and a wealth of knowledge in the education of early learners. We believe our children represent “where little futures shine”.

Due to growth, we are seeking to add a Senior Finance Analyst to our vibrant and fun team in Spring Hill.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and reporting – multi site, financial modelling to support business planning, as well as cashflow management and commercial decision making (full job description available).

The role will require the successful incumbent to be:

· Able to take ownership of the senior financial requirements of the business and our multi-site operations

· Proactive, self-starter, self-motivated, always showing initiative, lead with knowledge and experience

· Partner with operational leaders and have proven business partnering skills – with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively, explain financial outcomes, and influence senior stakeholders/executives

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (3-4 years will be considered in special circumstances)

· Highly advanced skills in Excel (skills testing will be part of the recruitment process)

· Experienced with Business Central (Dynamics 365) or a comparable ERP. (Dashboard interpretation and reporting automation skills are desirable)





· Experienced with investor reporting (essential), and ideally have coordinated the preparation of lender reporting and covenant calculations under the Senior Facilities Agreement (SFA), maintain supporting schedules and reporting deadlines, and escalate forecast covenant risks to the CFO

· CA or CPA qualified, or have an equivalent professional accounting qualification

· Focused on always meeting strict deadlines
