Kidd Retail Group is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused team members to join our Adelaide hospitality venues over the busy Christmas period.

We have opportunities available for bartenders, glass collectors, general FOH staff and door staff.

About the roles

Duties may include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service.

- Preparing and serving beverages.

- Collecting glasses and maintaining a clean, tidy venue.

- Assisting with general floor duties, venue setup and pack-down.

- Supporting venue entry and customer management where required.

- Working as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.

About you

We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.

- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

- Available for evening, weekend and Christmas-period shifts.

- Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Essential requirements

- Current RSA certificate is a must.

- A current Responsible Person (RP) badge is an advantage.

Functions Coordinator

We're looking for an organised,



energetic and people-focused Functions Coordinator to help plan, coordinate and deliver memorable functions and events across our hospitality venues.

This is a hands-on role combining event planning and coordination with working in office at events. You'll be involved in bringing each function together from the initial enquiry through to the event itself, making sure everything runs smoothly and guests have a fantastic experience.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and bring their event ideas to life.

- Coordinating function bookings, event schedules and requirements.

- Working closely with venue managers and hospitality teams to prepare for events.

- Being on-site and actively working at functions and events, helping oversee service, coordinating staff and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

- Being a key point of contact during events and helping resolve any issues as they arise.

- Ensuring guests receive excellent service and clients leave happy with their experience.

- Managing bookings, enquiries and multiple events while keeping everything organised.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.

- Confident liaising with clients and venue teams.

- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.

- Experienced in functions, events or hospitality coordination (highly regarded)

A current RSA certificate is a must, and a current RP badge is an advantage.
