Doors Doors Doors is looking for a reliable and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. As a family-owned and operated business based in Canning Vale, you will help keep our accounts running smoothly and ensure invoices, paperwork and payments are managed efficiently.

About the Role

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, working 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Scanning, processing and organizing paperwork.

- Preparing, sending and following up customer invoices.

- Managing proforma invoices and ensuring payments are followed up.

- Uploading invoices to client portals.

- Maintaining and updating compliance documentation on client portals as required.

- Completing bank reconciliations.

- Assisting with general accounts administration and keeping records accurate and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

- Essential: Experience with MYOB.





- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounts administration role.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- A high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial and business information.

- Good communication skills and confidence following up outstanding invoices.

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
