About the Role

Based at our Acacia Ridge Office, you'll play an important role in keeping our technology and systems running smoothly across our retail stores, warehouses and office teams.

As a Junior IT Support Officer, you'll be one of the first points of contact for day-to-day IT enquiries, helping team members troubleshoot issues, set up equipment and access the systems they need to do their jobs.

Working alongside our IT Manager, you'll gain exposure to a variety of technologies, systems and projects, making this a great opportunity to learn, develop and grow your technical skills.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing friendly and efficient first-level IT support to employees across the business.

- Responding to IT support tickets, emails and requests,



troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.

- Setting up and configuring computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.

- Assisting with the maintenance, updates and ongoing performance of IT equipment and systems.

- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems and our Pronto business system.

- Maintaining accurate records of IT requests, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

- Assisting employees with basic IT guidance and system-related questions.

- Supporting the IT Manager with projects, system improvements and new technology initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A good understanding of computers, IT hardware and common software applications.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Great communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.

- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing requests.





- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

It would be a bonus if you have:

- Previous IT help desk or technical support experience.

- Relevant IT qualifications, certifications or current studies in Information Technology.

- Experience with Pronto or similar business management systems.

- A current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
