To help shape how we manage the assets that keep our airport moving, we’re now seeking an Assets Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month, fixed-term, full-time basis, to commence as soon as possible.

The Assets Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of SCA’s Strategic Asset Management Plan through the analysis, improvement and governance of asset information. The Assets Coordinator will work across the diverse portfolio of infrastructure and asset data to help ensure information is accurate, trusted and available to support operational and strategic decision-making.

What you will do:

- Maintain accurate asset registers and lifecycle records, including electronic relocations, preventative maintenance policies and standard work orders.
- Analyse asset data and develop reports and dashboards to inform decisions and track data quality and improvement initiatives.
- Improve asset management systems and processes, conduct routine CMMS health checks and advise on user training needs.
- Support delivery of the Asset Management Roadmap and work with the Safety team to align maintenance strategies with legislative requirements.




- Liaise with contractors and service providers to support maintenance planning and asset-related activities.

What experience you will need:

- Experience in asset management or maintenance planning, including maintaining accurate asset registers, asset hierarchy and lifecycle records.
- Experience analysing asset data and developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making and data quality improvements.
- Hands-on experience using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS), including system health checks, process improvements and supporting users.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle principles, with experience supporting asset improvement initiatives and an understanding of relevant safety and legislative requirements.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and service providers to coordinate maintenance planning and asset-related activities.
