Account Service - Finsbury Green

About the role

We’re looking for an organised, customer focused Account Service professional to support our Channel Director, Account Managers and Business Development team. You’ll help keep customer jobs moving from enquiry and quotation through to production and delivery. Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll coordinate the details, keep people informed and help deliver quality work on time.

This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and managing multiple priorities.

What you’ll be doing

- Responding to customer enquiries and providing timely, helpful service.
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating supplier requirements.
- Tracking jobs through production, monitoring deadlines and keeping customers and colleagues updated.
- Managing subcontracted jobs from initial brief through to completion.
- Working with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
- Supporting Account Managers and Business Development Managers with day-to-day customer requirements.
- Attending customer and internal meetings as required.




- Providing occasional reception support.
- Following company quality, environmental and safety procedures.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in customer service, account support or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Explicit communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Confidence managing competing deadlines in a busy environment.
- A practical approach to solving problems and following tasks through to completion.
- A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.

Experience in print, marketing services, production or a related B2B environment would be valued. Familiarity with supplier coordination work would also be an advantage.
