About the role:

The Executive Manager of Clinical and Client Services will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic oversight of clinical and client services, including hotel services and catering. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, and reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides the opportunity to manage and coordinate relevant teams, ensure an effective and person-centred approach to clinical care, and drive continuous improvement and development of Boandik within the clinical and client services portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate teams within the clinical and client services division, including hotel services and catering, to ensure safe and high-quality person-centred care across residential and community sectors.

- Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team to support the overall performance, sustainability and reputation of Boandik.





- Develop and implement strategy in alignment with Boandik’s organisational goals as applicable to clinical and client services, including community program expansion.

- Ensure legislative, regulatory and best-practice requirements are met or exceeded, including compliance with Boandik’s clinical governance framework.

- Participate in a rostered on-call program for residential services, maintenance and administrative support.

Qualifications and experience:

- Current AHPRA registration – Division 1 Nurse

- NDIS worker check (obtained within 3 years)

- Significant experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within aged care, health or human services.

- Tertiary qualification in management or similar.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and support multi-disciplinary teams across clinical and non-clinical services.

- Strong understanding of quality systems, clinical risk management and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.

- Commitment to the representation and promotion of Boandik’s values.
