Listed. Interiors is a quick-growing property staging and interior design company based in Perth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and motivated individual to work directly alongside our Creative Director.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent design graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to gain hands-on industry experience, learn directly from an experienced creative professional and grow within an expanding business.

This is an entry-level, training-focused position where attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are more important than previous industry experience.

The Role

Working closely with the Creative Director, you will assist with a variety of daily responsibilities, including:

- Driving & Appointments: Driving the Creative Director to client meetings, property consultations, site visits and supplier appointments. A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's licence are essential.

- Meeting Support: Attending meetings, taking accurate notes and minutes, recording action items and assisting with follow-ups.

- Personal Assistant Support: Assisting with scheduling, emails, administration, organisation and general day-to-day tasks.

- Computer & Administration Tasks: Preparing documents, managing information, researching, data entry and assisting with presentations and general office tasks.

- Creative Exposure: Supporting design research, furniture sourcing, styling preparation and creative projects where required.

- Warehouse & Operations: Assisting with furniture organisation,



stock preparation and general warehouse duties.

- General Business Support: Being flexible and willing to help wherever needed across the business.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and keen to learn.

Essential requirements:

- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

- Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general digital systems.

- Excellent organisation, communication and note-taking skills.

- Reliable, punctual and professional.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist with a wide variety of tasks.

- Genuine interest in interior design, property and the creative industry.

Interior design graduates or students completing their studies are strongly encouraged to apply.
