The Opportunity:
As Work Order Coordinator you will work in conjunction with the Scheduling & Purchasing Manager to support the business. Your primary responsibility will be the coordination of customer work orders to ensure the smooth flow through the facility. The position requires high attention to detail ensuring work orders and associated documentation and technical drawings are accurate prior to jobs being released for production.

About You:
The successful applicant for this role will possess:
• Previous experience in an administration role,



preferably in technical/engineering support
• Robust computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• High level attention to detail
• Proactive approach to problem solving

This is a Monday to Thursday role, 20 hours per week.
