With a number of existing and upcoming exciting residential projects, we are looking for a talented and passionate Architectural Draftsperson, who is highly capable and motivated.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diploma in architecture or architectural drafting with minimum 2 years of local work experience in residential timber frame construction.
- Must be proficient in Revit.
- Responsibilities include drafting which include DA (Development Application), and CC (Construction certificate)
documentation.
- Will work as part of the Architectural documentation team reporting to Design Manager.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
