About the role

We're looking for a motivated General Hand to support our production team. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll gain hands-on experience in hard chroming and surface treatment processes.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and cleaning components for the chroming process

- Assisting technicians with chroming solutions, treatments, and equipment

- Handling and moving materials and finished products safely

- Performing quality control checks and general facility maintenance

- Keeping accurate production records

- Following all WHS and environmental procedures

About you

- No experience required – just a genuine interest in learning

- Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical work

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

- Great attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Physical fitness to lift and move materials regularly

- Must be available to work overtime as required to meet production demands





- Current driver's licence (advantageous)

- Previous factory, manufacturing, or engineering experience (a bonus, not essential)

- Current forklift licence (LF class) – highly regarded

- Any welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) – highly regarded
