The Y Ballarat is seeking an Enrolments Officer / Administration Assistant to support both our Swim School and Early Learning Centre during a parental leave cover. You will manage enrolments, waitlists and family enquiries, help families with enrolment paperwork and bookings, and keep enrolment records up to date.

Based at Brown Hill, this 38-hour-per-week role requires strong organisation, transparent communication and attention to detail.
