ADSSI Limited is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Officer - Rostering for the Maitland Community Care Services team. You will build and maintain rosters, arrange replacements, and update care plans to ensure clients receive timely support.

The role supports families and care staff, with a friendly team environment and on-call duties. The position is based in Maitland, NSW, with in office hours and a paid allowance for on-call work.
