Shepparton Villages is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our residential aged care facilities in Shepparton, Kialla and Mooroopna. The role is available in Casual or Part Time capacity, requiring flexibility to work diverse shifts in a 24-hour operation.

PCWs perform ADLs and provide compassionate, resident-centered support to maintain safety and wellbeing. We welcome applicants with Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and experience in residential aged care.
