Ten Tops is a discount retail chain in NSW seeking a full-time Front End Operations Lead to drive customer service excellence, manage cash handling, and supervise store staff. The role focuses on delivering quick, friendly checkout service, maintaining clean and organized stock rooms, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and store procedures.

You will work with the Store Manager to meet sales targets, train assistants, and coordinate merchandising and stock receiving.
