Blacktown Arts is seeking a Coordinator Operations and Administration to shape the operational readiness of a current arts centre and cultural precinct, while keeping existing programs running smoothly.
You will coordinate staffing, rosters, procurement, contractors and volunteers; oversee front of house and box office; manage venue operations; prepare budgets and reports; monitor expenditure and maintain records and databases to ensure facilities and services are in place and running effectively.
