Cover Genius is seeking an Engineering Manager in the Technology Team to lead development, support, and maintenance of key Customer Operations applications. You will mentor a 2–4 engineer team, shape technical direction, and contribute to a scalable AI-enabled platform.

You will work across Product, Infrastructure, Data & AI to deliver high-quality services, with hands-on coding in a TypeScript/NestJS and Python stack and a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
