Batkin and Damme Smash Repairs is seeking a Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Wagga Wagga repair center. You will coordinate schedules, supervise technicians and admin staff, allocate resources, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
You will liaise with insurers and suppliers, manage inquiries and escalations, and monitor job costs, invoicing, and profitability while driving process improvements and staff development to sustain excellent customer service.
