We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef (Demi CDP – CDP level) to join the team at Hinchcliff House, part of House Made Hospitality. Home to Grana, Lana and Grana Privato , Hinchcliff House is a vibrant, bustling hospitality destination with Italian cuisine at its heart. Our pastry kitchen caters to all three venues, offering plenty of variety, a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to develop your craft alongside some incredibly talented chefs. About the Role Working alongside our talented Head Pastry Chef, Swapnadeep Das , a highly skilled, experienced and exceptionally calm leader, you’ll be part of a pastry team that takes genuine pride in its craft. You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from accomplished chefs including Andrea Sonnante and Alex Wong , gaining exposure to different techniques, styles and approaches to Italian-inspired cuisine. From preparation through to final presentation, you’ll help deliver consistently beautiful desserts and pastries across the venues, developing your technical skills and confidence along the way. What We’re Looking For Previous pastry experience at Demi CDP or CDP level. A genuine passion for pastry, precision and beautifully executed desserts. An eagerness to learn new techniques and continually refine your skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency. Strong organisation,



attention to detail and pride in presentation. A positive attitude and a genuine appreciation for teamwork. Someone who takes ownership of their work, welcomes guidance and enjoys being challenged.
