Instagram, and other platforms Designing graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials Editing short-form videos for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and social media Assisting with candidate attraction and client marketing campaigns Updating website content and job advertisements Maintaining and improving data quality within our ATS and marketing databases Supporting employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment campaigns Monitoring marketing performance and engagement metrics Working alongside the Marketing Manager to execute creative marketing strategies What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new systems and processes Strong communication and organisational skills Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and marketing Ability to work independently in a remote environment High attention to detail Basic experience with social media and/or other digital marketing Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills Bonus Skills Vincere (or other ATS) Adobe Creative Suite Social media management Copywriting Website maintenance Recruitment or staffing industry experience Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
