Technical Business Analyst – Digital Platforms & Integrations 6-month contract Day rate: $900 Sydney | Hybrid Organisation · We're partnering with a leading Australian digital business undertaking a major transformation across its customer, data and advertising technology platforms. Position · As the Technical Business Analyst, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to define technical requirements, map system integrations and support the delivery of large-scale digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities · Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements. · Collaborate with engineering teams to define solution designs and integration requirements. · Produce functional and technical documentation including process flows, API requirements and data mapping. · Facilitate workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Support API integration initiatives across multiple digital platforms. . Essential Skills · Experience within retail, eCommerce, digital media, advertising technology,



martech or customer digital platforms. · You'll be a Technical Business Analyst who is comfortable working with engineering teams and discussing technical concepts, whilst also having the communication skills to engage senior business stakeholders. · You'll ideally bring experience from highly digital environments where integrations, customer platforms and data play a significant role. · 5 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst. · Understanding of customer data platforms, digital ecosystems or advertising technology. · Experience working across high-volume consumer-facing digital products. · Exposure to cloud-based platforms and contemporary integration patterns. · Knowledge of event-driven architectures or microservices. · Strong understanding of system integrations and API-driven architectures (RESTful APIs, JSON, web services). · Experience producing technical requirements, functional specifications and data mapping documentation.
