Parkview Constructions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the HR function across the business. This stand-alone leadership role works closely with senior management, project teams and employees to deliver practical HR solutions in a busy construction setting.

You will manage employee relations, performance, remuneration and compliance with Australian employment laws and modern awards, while developing HR policy and supporting workforce planning across Sydney projects.
