- Prepare and cook a variety of Northern Chinese dishes to a high standard
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with menu planning and kitchen operations
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy environment

Requirements:

- Proven qualification and experience as a Chinese/Asian cook
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
