What's needed now is a CEO who can execute at pace, embed accountability, improve customer outcomes and deliver sustainable growth.You'll report to the Group CEO and sit on the Group Executive Leadership Team. You'll be fully accountable for the business's commercial, operational, customer and people performance.What you'll deliver:Performance and execution: deliver revenue, EBIT, cash and growth targets, and execute the strategy and annual plan with transparent priorities, ownership and operating rhythmsOperational improvement: lift productivity, utilisation, workforce capacity, billing discipline and service consistency across a multi-site footprintPeople and culture: build and develop a high-performing leadership team with explicit roles, decision rights and performance expectations, and strengthen engagement,
