With multiple operations across NSW and Queensland, it is recognised for technical expertise, high-quality engineered solutions, and long-standing customer partnerships.PositionReporting to the executive leadership team, you will take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring the business is positioned for scalable growth while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.You will balance strategic direction with hands‑on operational leadership, embedding robust systems, strengthening performance visibility, and inspiring high-performing teams across multiple sites.Your key responsibilities will be:Lead end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain,
