Highly sought after NSW Government OrganisationUp to $1,103.52 per day plus SuperDaily Rate Contract Hybrid RoleOur client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their team.The Software Development Engineer is responsible for undertaking development work for the creation, enhancement and maintenance of information systems and products for use by customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Undertake software development work on a range of applications in Real Time, including creation, enhancement and maintenance work to deliver projects that meet customer requirementsManage the delivery of development, configuration and enhancement work completed internally and externally through IT vendors, contractors, and staff, including monitoring performance and project outcomes to ensure delivery meets agreed time,



cost and quality requirementsDevelop special diagnostic and monitoring tools to manage information and undertake business critical development and enhancement work to deliver solutions that incorporate improved featuresSelection Criteria:Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent or demonstrated equivalent industry experienceDemonstrated, minimum 6 years' in the planning, development, implementation and high level technical maintenance of medium to large applicationsHighly developed skills in several contemporary programming tools and languages, in particular Java , across different platforms and experience with database programmingGovernment experience highly regardedOn offer is a daily rate contract at a highly sought after NSW Government Organisation, with a highly competitive daily rate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
