Construction Manager - Remote Airfield (Recent Terminal)

Bechtel is providing a wide variety of project and contract management services, crossing all disciplines, to customers in Western Australia to support exciting capital works programmes, including aviation, defence and energy infrastructure.

- Leadership / Supervision: Engage proactively with field engineers development through competency development/assessment and feedback.
- Monitor that processes and procedures are fully developed and implemented.
- Planning / Productivity:



Coordinate activities with other disciplines or areas and technical representatives to ensure program delivery priorities are maintained.
- Review all contractor submissions including construction schedules, costs, reports, and changes.
- Prepare and present reports and forecasts, including summaries of construction progress and expenditure forecasts.
- Liaise, support and assist internal stakeholders regarding onsite project related activities and logistics.

Full‑time Office/Project — Work location: Perth, WA (Site). Relocation authorized: None.

Qualifications: Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10‑13 years of relevant experience or 14‑17 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience in successful management of major projects in the infrastructure and/or aviation industry. Knowledge of related construction practices and economics. High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
