The Chance

n

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Queensland team. The role is based at our Eagle Farm clinic, with some work at client workplaces delivering vaccines and skin checks.

n

If you enjoy variety, this role offers plenty. One day you might be assisting a surgeon in clinic. The next you could be on the road running an onsite vaccination program for one of our corporate clients. You’ll see a wide range of patients, work across our service lines, and help shape how our Queensland service grows.

A Day or Week in the Life of a RediMed Nurse may include:

n

n
- Assisting with Pre-Employment Medicals and health surveillance
n




- Assisting in the daily running of Plastics, Orthopaedic and General Practitioner clinics
n
- Assisting Surgeons with minor procedures in our onsite theatres
n
- Running dressing clinics
n
- Triaging emergency phone calls and walk-in cases
n
- Sterilising equipment
n
- Monitoring and ordering stock
n
- Assisting with skin checks and skin cancer clinics
n
- Running immunisation programs, both in clinic and onsite at client workplaces
n
- Travelling to client sites as needed
n

What You’ll Need:

n

n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
n
- Current Professional Indemnity insurance
n
- Current National Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one
n
- Current Queensland Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
n
- Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel
n
- Solid wound care skills and knowledge
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
- A commitment to continuous professional development
n
- Completion of an approved immunisation course (desirable)
n
- Experience in skin checks or skin cancer medicine (desirable)
n
- Current Phlebotomy certificate (desirable)
n
