Aligned Leisure is seeking a Customer Care Officer - Sales and Retention Lead for the Mildura Waves Aquatic and Leisure Centre. You will lead member acquisition and manage leads while delivering excellent service across Health Club, Aquatic and Swim School memberships.
The role also supports retention through tailored communications and nurture programs, with duties at the service desk including enquiries, tours and admin tasks. Shifts include early mornings, evenings and weekends.
