Phoenix Source & Select is seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join an established engineering maintenance company onsite in Smithfield, NSW.
This is a hands‑on maintenance role suited to trade-qualified Fitters with solid mechanical fault‑finding skills and experience carrying out breakdown repairs in busy industrial or manufacturing environments.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery, responding to equipment breakdowns and helping keep the plant running efficiently.
